What is the current processing time?

Current processing time estimate is of 3-5 business days to get your orders ready and packaged as of the next day you placed your order. During the holidays, peak seasons, and high order volume periods, the processing time may require up to 7 business days and is subject to change without notice. Not to worry though. We will always do our very best to get your happy mail out as soon as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding!

What is the current shipping/delivery time?

Since we cannot control many of the factors involved in the shipping/delivery process and post office, we can only provide an estimated delivery time which is subject to change without notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding!.

If I placed more than one order in one day, can you ship everything together?

Firstly, we are happy you are enjoying our products and thank you so much for your support! Because the volume of orders varies and more than one person may be packaging your orders, we cannot guarantee that all your items will be shipped together or at the same time.

However, if you would like to package several of your orders together, the best thing to do is to send us an email ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate this for you (without any guarantees and only if your orders have not been processed yet of course). Shipping rates will remain as charged during checkout (not more, not less) whether we ship together or individually.

Can I return or cancel my order? What happens if there is an issue with my order?

No. All purchases are Final Sale. Under any circumstances, we do NOT accept any returns, refunds, replacements, or order cancellations. If there is a problem with your order, please send us an email and don’t forget to include the following:

1) The full name, 2) email address, 3) order number, and 4) location of purchase used to make the purchase as well as a 5) brief description of the issue and 6) some pictures for proof. Once we receive your email, we will verify all the information and get back to you soon.

What can I do if I forgot to use my discount code?

If you were given a promotional or discount code, make sure to read the details and used it before it expires. Since all transactions are final sale, we won’t be able to modify your total amount paid after checkout. However, don’t worry. You can use your code on your next purchase (as long as the code is still valid and has not expired)!.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No. We don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid address must be entered prior to checkout.

Do you offer custom work?

Yes. Custom work is available but limited. You may contact us to create custom stickers, for instance, like vinyl cut-outs of your name for instance (when approved by the design team). All approved custom work must be paid in full prior to beginning the actual work. Please send us an email and don’t forget to include the following:

1) Your full name, 2) email address, 3) location (Country, Province, and City) of expected delivery, and 4) a description of your request .

Do you have a physical store?

No. We don’t own a physical store yet. We are currently offering all of our products and services in our online shop.

What are the operating hours of your online store?

You may shop our online store 24/7 while the store is up and running and while supplies last! In the event of receiving a massive amount of volume in orders or the need to fully restock, the shopping cart option may be disabled temporarily and a message will be published on the home page. We will also be responding to email inquiries from Monday-Friday between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (schedule expected to be reduced and subject to change around holidays).

Which currency is used on the products listed in your online store?

If no other currency has been selected by a user, all prices are in Canadian Dollars ($CAD) by default. If a purchase was made using a different currency, it may be subject to a currency conversion fee depending on the method of payment which we don’t have control over. Only your card issuer may be able to inform you if any fees apply.

Is it possible that my YB Planner is missing pages?

Every YB Planner is carefully assembled to be complete by the time it reaches your door step. Remember when planning, there are no skipped or repeated dates. This means the end of a month might fall at the beginning of the week of the next month. Similarly, the beginning of a month might fall at the end of the current week/month. If you still think you may be missing some space to end your week/month, you can use the white page at the end of your weekly views.
